Return/Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.

As some of our items are handmade, there may be slight difference in regards to print placement, wood gain etc. This is not a fault, this is just the individual nature of handmade.

If you do believe you have a fault, please contact us immediately at mysweetfox@outlook.com to discuss further. 

Any faulty item/s need to be returned to My Sweet Fox within 14 working days. 



All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. Once your order has been dispatched an email will be sent with a tracking number with which you can use to check the status of your delivery.

Once an order has been dispatched we can not be held liable for any loss or damages.

We use Australia Post and selected couriers for postage. Please refer to their estimated shipping times. 

We reserve the right to charge additional shipping on top of the flat rate shipping charge should the item/s you are purchasing be bulky or heavy, or if you live in a remote or regional area not serviced by our courier. If this applies we will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with the additional costing options.

Please note, this does not factor in the time that it takes to create your pieces. These times are noted in the product descriptions.


If you have ordered an item on pre-order we will ship it as soon as we receive it.

If you ordered items that are in stock at the same time, we will hold those items and ship your entire order once your pre-order item(s) arrive. If after placing your order you would like these shipped separately, please contact us and we can make arrangements for additional postage to be paid and we will get you items to you asap.
